Program Fee: $6,250

The program fee for the Crest Education AI Entrepreneurship Fellowship is $6,250 for the eight week fellowship. The fee covers all instruction, live online seminar meetings twice per week, curriculum materials and resources distributed through Google Classroom, mentorship and feedback on student work, and guest speaker sessions with entrepreneurs, investors, and industry professionals scheduled twice per month. Please note that the program fee does not include optional personal expenses such as external software subscriptions, printing, or any independent project costs a student may choose to incur.

Eligibility and Required Technology

The fellowship is open to students aged 16 and above. Because the program is delivered fully online, students must have a functioning laptop, reliable WiFi, and a working camera and microphone in order to participate effectively in instruction, collaboration, and presentations.

Financial Aid

All students are welcome to apply for financial aid. Financial aid is limited and will be awarded on the basis of demonstrated need. Applicants who wish to be considered should complete the Crest Education Financial Aid Form. Financial aid decisions are communicated alongside or shortly after admissions decisions, depending on the timing of the application.

Deposit Payment:

A non refundable deposit of $1,500 USD is due at the time of enrollment to secure a student’s seat in the fellowship. For students receiving financial aid, the deposit amount may vary, and the exact figure will be displayed in the enrollment materials. Enrollment is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Remaining Balance and Payment Schedule
After the deposit is paid, the remaining tuition balance is due in full by the date indicated in the student’s tuition invoice. Families may choose to pay the balance in one payment or through installment payments, provided the full amount is received by the final due date listed on the invoice. If full payment is not received by the due date, a late fee may be assessed and enrollment may be placed at risk due to the limited number of available seats in this selective fellowship.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy

If a student needs to withdraw after submitting the deposit, refunds will be issued according to the schedule below. All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email. The effective date of the refund request is the date the written notice is received. Students dismissed for disciplinary reasons or those who leave voluntarily after the stated deadlines are not eligible for a refund.
